See Conservation in action at the many Wildlife Parks
Whether you want to tour, visit wonderful buildings and cities, sample the birds and wildlife, watch sport or find a perfect honeymoon destination, we can help you. Let us organise your visit to India, Nepal and Sri Lanka - just give us your chosen itinerary and favoured places and we will book all your hotels and transport for you. This will be organised in India by IG Tours, who have many years experience in this field and understand the vagaries of this vast region extremely well.
Tigers are the speciality of India and Nepal. The human pressure for land, firewood collection and poaching, with the low priority of Tiger Conservation has put them in grave danger. We will take you to the Tiger Parks and show you how they survive and visit the villages that coexist with these wonderful animals.
Tigertail Tours is closely involved with Indian Conservation and donates a percentage of profit to help with conservation work in India

See and photograph wildlife on your own safari, tailor-made to your needs. Explore the Parks in your own jeep and by Elephant. Responsible eco-tourism helps both local people and wildlife.
India has more than 70 national parks and 400 wildlife sanctuaries, many holding specialities like Asiatic Lion, Indian Rhino, Wild Ass, Snow Leopard and the real king of the jungle, the Bengal Tiger.
There are 27 Tiger reserves and the privilege of seeing this magnificent animal is awe inspiring. Indian Conservation is working hard to protect this beautiful creature from the clutches of poachers and hunters and tourism can help to preserve this animal as a living creature, rather than a dry skin or medicinal powder.
The variety and numbers of birds are equally mind boggling. Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary near Delhi can equal anywhere in the world for waterbirds, herons, rails, geese, ducks, cranes, pelicans etc and is a vital link during migration.
The Great Indian and Houbara Bustards can be seen in the Desert National Park and Lesser Florican, on eggs. Tal Chhapar Sanctuary has a few thousand Blackbucks and several species of raptors, larks etc as a bonus. Kaziranga Game Sanctuary holds many Indian Rhino, a threatened and retiring jungle animal.
The Great Himalayan National Park holds Snow Leopard, Serow and many mountain Pheasant species.
